The Hopeful Marketer

I've never created a blog before but I think I've done a pretty decent job of making it appealing. As many of you will read on the side, my name is Frankie Calandra and I am a marketing and sports management student. I love marketing, in particular advertising, because it allows you to attract people to a brand. Whether that brand be a product or a person, the idea of making a connection with your target audience seems so rewarding. I hope to one day work for an ad agency as a copywriter, where my words can influence such a connection.

In my spare time I watch a lot of baseball and hockey games, collect vinyl at record stores, and spend time with my family. I love to travel and moving to Arizona has only motivated in doing it more and venturing further out. It's amazing the different kinds of landscapes there are in the U.S. and Arizona in particular has a lot to offer.
